20621: Why is the "30s rule" (minimum remaining period of 30s) also to be taken into account in the timetable construction even though it has already been taken into account by DB Netz AG when setting the permissible speeds?

Apart from the fact that the minimum holding time is dependent on the specific driving dynamics of each train and therefore cannot be calculated in advance, the DB directive 402.0420.4 (4) (state 06/2005) states: "The [...] 30 sec rule is also applicable for the driver's timetable planning processing, if there are additional changes of speed, due to two route changes or the absence of braking percentages, which are not included in the VzG."
